Celebrate spring with your friends at Pebble Hill and enjoy a box lunch while learning how to master floral design! Jimmy Singletary of Singletary’s Flowers in Thomasville will demonstrate the expert floral placement tips that helped name him Georgia State Florist Association Designer of the Year.

Jimmy Singletary’s arrangements are whimsical and original, each created for his clients as meticulously as a bespoke suit. Textured and elegant, Jimmy often includes foraged flora such as ferns, boxwood, and local camellias in his designs. His arrangements have brought beauty and elegance to the tables of luminaries such as Jimmy Buffett, Jane Fonda, and First Lady Barbara Bush.

Jimmy has been winning floral design competitions since he was 17 and was twice awarded The Georgia State Floral Designer of the Year. His excellence has also been recognized by the FTD Americas Cup for Georgia, the world’s most prestigious floral competition. He’s a twelve-time recipient of the Southwest Georgia Florist Association’s Designer of the Year award.

The Lunch and Learn Workshop will take place in an outdoor setting where current CDC guidelines will be followed while participants enjoy a box lunch and demonstration lecture. In the event of rain, the workshop will be moved to Sugar Hill Barn at Pebble Hill Plantation.
